Blue Laser Group has a helpful staff to assist you
in managing the cost that accompanies your procedure. We accept Medicare
and Medicaid and participate in a wide variety of group insurance
plans.
To determine if your insurance carrier is accepted, please contact
our home office at (888) 237-2583. We will help you determine your
plan's eligibility and coverage. If your procedure is covered by insurance,
only the co-pay must be paid at the initial visit. We will file a
claim on your behalf for the procedure.
